Welcome to the new and improved Empire City Decals website, your new source for colorful and unusual scale model markings. ECD is operated by Brian Wiedemann. By combining his graphics skills with his longstanding interest in modeling, Brian launched Empire City Decals in late 2006 to provide modelers with a new and exciting alternative decal program. While the initial efforts were printed using ALPS technology, all screen-printed sheets are professionally printed by AviPrint in the Czech Republic and include full color instructions.
